BOOK REVIEW: Max Booth Future Sleuth (Book 2)

If you're looking for a fun, sci-fi adventure series for an early reader, check out the new Max Booth: Future Sleuth range from Big Sky Publishing. (Two books are available now, with more to come).

Written by Cameron Macintosh and illustrated by Dave Atze, the books are set in the year 2424 but actually examine not just what the future may be like (think robots, cities in the sky, & hoverboards!) but also what life was like in the past. The series also has themes of friendship, resilience, persistence and more, so gives readers plenty of takeaways to consider.

I recently reviewed the second book in the series (it can be read as a standalone) for Just Write for Kids. Click here to read all my thoughts on the junior fiction book.
