There are so many wonderful non-fiction picture books available these days, and they are really turning into a passion of mine. When it comes to Australian options, the Meet... series by Random House certainly ticks all the boxes.

The latest book in the range examines the life, challenges and amazing accomplishments of Australia's first classical music star, Dame Nellie Melba. It is written by Janeen Brian and illustrated by Claire Murphy.
